We primarily work remotely via phone, email and online meetings for efficiency and convenience, while still offering Face-to-face consultations by appointment when required.
We offer flexible fixed-fee packages and pay-as-you-go arrangements. Our hourly rates are competitive within the market, generally ranging from $350–$450 for principals, $200–$300 for consultants, and $80–$120 for bookkeeping and payroll. Rates are indicative only and depend on service scope and expertise required, with pricing confirmed prior to engagement.
Our standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date. Clients who pay annually in advance receive a 10% discount on agreed service fees. Credit card payment may be subject to merchant surcharges.
